About Me

Hi, I’m Juliette Marcello, psychiatric nurse practitioner and the owner of For The Hope of It All, LLC. I provide outpatient psychiatric services, including medication management and brief therapy, to adults in Ohio and New York. I especially enjoy working with young to middle-aged adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, or major life transitions. I also hold my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).

I’ve been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2019, and opening this practice has been a goal of mine for even longer. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical — I believe in working with you to create a plan that feels manageable and meaningful.

Beginning in July 2026, I will also offer in-person appointments in Blue Ash, Ohio. I will continue to provide telehealth services throughout Ohio, with a limited number of telehealth appointments available in New York.

The Process

Learning Your Story

  • Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you. I want to learn about your experiences, what brought you to seek help, and what your goals for treatment are. Together we will develop a plan that works for you. Don’t worry if you’re unsure what to say or where to start- there is no right or wrong way to talk about what is going on and it’s my job to guide the conversation to help you express what matters the most to you.

Finding What Works

  • Sometimes it can take a bit of trial and error to find the right medication. That’s why I schedule regular follow-ups to see how you’re doing and make adjustments as needed. My goal is always to make sure you feel heard and that we are working together as a team. I may use tools like pharmacogenetic testing (Tempus) to help guide medication decisions and tailor treatment to your needs.

  • Follow-up appointments can last 30–60 minutes, so you’ll always understand the “whys” behind any recommendations and never feel rushed. I also want to make sure we cover more than just medication — life doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and external factors often play a role in how you’re feeling.

  • If you’re looking for a provider who simply asks, “How are the meds?” and writes a prescription without discussion, I’m likely not the best fit. I focus on collaboration, education, and supporting you in ways that make sense for your life.
