My practice primarily focuses on medication management. While I often incorporate therapeutic techniques into medication management appointments, I do not provide ongoing weekly psychotherapy. If you work with a therapist, I am happy to collaborate with them.

I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions. I also provide perinatal mental health care.
-
I am unable to prescribe stimulant medications for ADHD, such as Adderall, Ritalin, or Vyvanse. Under Ohio law, PMHNPs in private practice may prescribe stimulant medications only in certain settings, which do not apply to my practice.
If you are already taking one of these medications, I can still help with other aspects of your care and coordinate with your current prescriber when appropriate.

I am in network with many major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Evernorth, Carelon Behavioral Health, GEHA, Medical Mutual, Oscar, Optum, Oxford, UMR, and UHC.
I also accept self-pay patients and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Self-pay rates are $275 for an initial appointment and $150–$200 for follow-up appointments, depending on appointment length.
Please note: Due to federal and state regulations, I am unable to see patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, including on a self-pay basis.
